Imran's(Farhan Akhtar) poems in Zindagii Na Milegi Dobara

Jab jab dard ka baadal chaya (Poem 1)

Jab jab dard ka baadal chaya

Jab ghum ka saya lehraya

Jab aansoo palkon tak aya

Jab yeh tanha dil ghabraya

Humne dil ko yeh samjhaya

Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai

Duniya mein yunhi hota hai

Yeh jo gehre sannate hain

Waqt ne sabko hi baante hain

Thoda ghum hai sabka qissa

Thodi dhoop hai sabka hissa

Aankh teri bekaar hi nam hai

Har pal ek naya mausam hai

Kyun tu aise pal khota hai

Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai...

Yeh jaane kaisa raaz hai (Poem 2)

Ik baat honton tak hai jo aayi nahin

Bas ankhon say hai jhaankti

Tumse kabhi, mujhse kabhi

Kuch lafz hain woh maangti

Jinko pehanke honton tak aa jaaye woh

Aawaaz ki baahon mein baahein daalke ithlaye woh

Lekin jo yeh ik baat hai

Ahsas hi ahsas hai

Khushboo si hai jaise hawa mein tairti

Khushboo jo be-aawaaz hai

Jiska pata tumko bhi hai

Jiski khabar mujhko bhi hai

Duniya se bhi chupta nahin

Yeh jaane kaisa raaz hai...

Apne hone par mujhko yakeen aa gaya (Poem 3)

Pighle neelam sa behta ye sama,

Neeli neeli si khamoshiyan,

Na kahin hai zameen

Na kahin aasmaan,

Sarsaraati hui tehniyaan pattiyaan,

Keh raheen hai bas ek tum ho yahan,

Bas main hoon,

Meri saansein hain aur meri dhadkanein,

Aisi gehraiyaan, aisi tanhaiyaan,

Aur main...Sirf main.

Apne hone par mujhko yakeen aa gaya.

Toh zinda ho tum (Poem 4)

Dilon mein tum apni

Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Nazar mein khwabon ki

Bijliyan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Hawa ke jhokon ke jaise

Aazad rehno sikho

Tum ek dariya ke jaise

Lehron mein behna sikho

Har ek lamhe se tum milo

Khole apni bhaayein

Har ek pal ek naya samha

Dekhen yeh nigahaein

Jo apni aankhon mein

Hairaniyan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum

Dilon mein tum apni

Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho

Toh zinda ho tum.

On The Recent Racist Attack On Asians Especially Indians

The human component of economically developed social structures should understand that when a social structure reaches the helm of economic advancement the process of entropy takes a faster pace.
To ensure that the human components continue to get the higher living standard as before following things are expected:
• There is sufficient human population in working segment of demographic distribution.
• People having wide variety of skill set are there.
• People demanding & spending there earning on wide variety of goods and services.
• People are saving money and are investing the money saved.
• Various Economic & human institutions are working efficiently with high integrity & transparency quotient.
• High sense of social responsibility & human awareness.

The Latest generation of human population in the economically developed social structures does not understand the worth of their development; most of them are focusing more on leisure less on the value of hard work & education. There is lack of responsibility toward the social structure they are living in resulting in imbalance, to maintain its existence the social structure has no option but to take the help of human population in economically weaker social structures like India, China, Brazil, Argentina etc wherein hard working population with high skill set at low cost & tantrum is available in abundance. People in these countries can do that same work at far cheaper rate however there in no fall in quality or integrity level in some cases quality is far better.

Now when the economic institutions in economically developed social structures are moving their operations to more financially viable social structures, why the people are getting agitated?

You reap what you sow, the rule of this technology driven Millennium is EITHER GET UP OR GET LOST

IT’S THE FREE ECONOMIC SYSTEM THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU.

At the moment you are killing the people from economically weaker social structures having no fault of their own, I know it hurts when one looses his/her job however it hurts even more when your son/daughter dies without a fault of their own.

What will you do when technologies like tele presence, tele medicine, virtual manufacturing etc get developed to their maturity?

Then my friend you won’t have anyone to kill as everything will be online.

Economically weaker social structures are not a threat rather they are a great business opportunity in making, look at the latent demand waiting to be unleashed. So it’s a high time to take a deep dive in future & to understand that Pen is mightier than sword. Start focusing on the points enumerated above and makes this world a better place to live for everyone.

Criminalization & Vampirism of Ragging

I am really shocked on the death of Amann a medical student who has been beaten to death in the name of ragging. Criminalization of ragging is totally unacceptable the perpetrators must get strictest punishment so as to act as a precedent to others.

My perception of ragging is that it is a light fun activity which acts as a catalyst in the process of merger of a new student with the institution & its existing students. It is a stepping stone toward building life long friendship & memories. In no way it should rag ones self esteem or cause any kind of trauma.

No one has a right to convert the dreams of a new student into nightmares. The seniors are mentors it is their responsibility to give new students a comfort zone so that they can adapt themselves in a new world. In most of the institution VAMPIRISM is going on One Senior ( oops sorry Vampire) sucks the blood of a fresher and makes them a vampire, next year those vampire do the same and the Vampirism continues to flourish.

If our education system cannot teach our youth the responsible use of their energy & freedom we can definitely implement strict discipline. If we cannot make our youth a Pigeon of Peace then don’t let them become Killing Vultures on their own.

Our educational system needs a complete overhauling, till the time this happens we have to make sure that healthy act of ragging does not take shape of heinous crime. I am not writing what we measures we can take to manage ragging as we all know what needs to be done. Incidents like these are happening because of our lethargy in implementing the policies & measures.

If we cannot manage ragging we should rather ban it completely, at least our youth is safe at the temples of education & the light of knowledge keeps glowing.

It’s frustrating that a bright soul went back to the source without sparkling the physical world with its illumination. I pray to lord that this kind of incidents does not happen hereafter, May Amman’s Soul rest in peace……†

Terror Attacks On India

Terrorism is something this entire planet is facing since the beginning of the 19th century. It is one of the biggest challenge for the social structures of 21st century. It's been more than two decades that India is facing terror attacks by terrorists. We are unable to keep a hold of this bloody phony war perpetrated against us, things are getting worse and worse. We must take stern actions before things take a catastrophic shape.
Few measures that we can take:
• Make NSCC training must for all students in & above VI th standard.
• Eradicate Corruption.
• Make each Indian a spy-eye.
• Bring back trust of masses in Politicians.
• Remove Social Injustice & Discrimination.
• Raise the Social Status of Masses.
• Make minority groups feel that India is there only home.
• For GOD SAKE TREAT THOSE WHO DIE in a Respectful & Graceful manner.
• For the Solders who dies, please take good care of their families.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS REALLY PAINFUL & SHAMEFULL WE MUST BRING THE PERPITERATORS TO JUSTICE.

INDIA IS A BIG STRONG NATION NO ONE CAN DARE TO ATTACK US IF OUR SYSTEMS ARE STRONG AND THERE IS INDIA FLOWING IN OUR BLOOD.

LETS TAKE A PLEDGE THAT WE WILL DO EVERY POSSIBLE THING TO MAKE OUR NATION SUCH A POWER THAT WE ARE RESPECTED FOR WHO WE ARE & NO CAN DARE TO THINK OF ANY SUCH HOSTILE ACTIONS.

DON'T THANK THAT YOU ARE ALIVE RATHER THINK THAT YOU ARE THE NEXT VICTIM.

Journey To Self Realisation

Here are some of the Best Practices I learned from Robin Sharma's leadership literature:-

Morning Reading. Reading inspirational books makes a difference. Whether it's "50/50" or "It's Not About The Bike" by Lance Armstrong or something motivational like anything by Og Mandino, putting excellent mental fuel into your mind at the front end of your day fuels superb results. This practice just helps you remember what's most important in a world that is flooded with tech/things to distract you.-

Journal writing. Write about what your hopes and dreams are. Recreate the story you want your life to be. Do a gratitude list to get you off to a great start. Writing in a journal helps you to live with greater clarity and more deliberately.-

Excercising in the morning is a brilliant move. Boosts creativity/stamina and joy.

Use affirmations to lock your focus into who you want to become and what activities are most important -

Be grateful. Quickly review the good things in your life. Begin your day without thinking about the blessings in his life to the point where tears fill his eyes. Then - and only then - does he feel set to walk out into the world and play at his best. Love it.
